Great Big Green Week Wildlife Walk – Blue Bell Beck

Enjoy the meandering beck, mature woodlands and adjacent species-rich grassland on this wildlife walk led by local botanist Martin Allen.

Maintained by the Friends of Blue Bell Beck, the beck corridor offers valuable green space in which both people and nature can flourish.

Recently the Friends of Blue Bell Beck and staff from Tees Valley Wildlife Trust have been carrying out work to tackle encroaching scrub and restore areas of species-rich grassland.
