25th March 2022, 10:00am – 2:00pm
We have teamed up with thirteen housing to prepare another of their unused back land sites for tree planting as part of our Climate Action Middlesbrough project.
Although unused by people, back land areas across Middlesbrough provide much needed valuable corridors for urban wildlife. The site near to Saltersgill Avenue is regularly used by foxes and many species of bird that shelter in nearby hedges.
We will be planting a variety of native broadleaved trees in copses to further enhance the area for people and wildlife. Please contact Ian Wilson via [email protected] or 07713 985448 to book your place or to find out more.
